SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping times?

International (Worldwide):
International shipping takes about 15-20 business days.
During sales and the holidays, shipping may take 18-25 days.

Domestic Shipping (Within USA):
Domestic shipping takes about 7-10 business days to arrive.
During sales and the holidays, shipping may take 12-18 business days.

 

Order tracking:

A tracking # is sent to you by email when your order is shipped. If for any reason you cannot find your order confirmation and tracking info, try checking your junk/spam folders.

Other international shipping fees:

Depending on where you live, you may encounter a customs, tax or duty fee when receiving your order.

As this is dependent on your country, we are not responsible for any other shipping charges and will not refund for them. Customers are responsible for paying any International Customs Charges.

If your package was sent back to us because it was not picked up at customs, we will not resend your package. Instead, we will refund you for your order minus shipping.

 

Change or cancel an order:

To cancel or make any changes to an order just email hello@whatsuplife.org with details of what you’d like to do and the original Order #

 

How do I return something?

Super easy! We always want you to be completely happy with you purchase J

Just email us at hello@whatsuplife.org with any issues within the first 14 days f receiving the item and provide us with pictures if there is something wrong with your product. Please include your Order #

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please take note of the return tracking number.

* Note: If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only).

 

Shipping address problems:

*Please double-check the address you put when placing your order

We will follow the exact shipping information you put when checking out. We are not liable for lost, held, damaged packages, or delivery errors because of incorrect shipping addresses.

We send order confirmations immediately (via email) so customers have the opportunity to make any address changes asap.

Currency exchange if outside USA

All prices on our site are in USD. For different currencies, the amount charged on your card at the time an order is placed, will automatically be converted based on the conversion rate of your credit card provider on that date.
